Baan Sarika is a privately owned spacious 5/6 bed, single-storey beachfront villa that will comfortably sleep ten. The villa has a 28m beachfront onto one of Koh Samui’s most picturesque white sandy beaches.

It is stunningly furnished and decorated to reflect Thai/Balinese architecture and offers a peaceful and luxurious setting for your tropical island holiday. There are stunning sea and beach views from the sala and sundeck areas. The villa is air conditioned throughout, with added ceiling fans and large sliding windows and doors to maximise light and fresh air.

Baan Sarika offers a hassle free and comfortable stay in indulgent surroundings. Let the breeze wash over you from the beach as you watch the tide roll out and unwind to the sound of the coconut palms gentle sway.

The villa has its own infinity edge swimming pool with an integral Jacuzzi area. There is a built in BBQ and external cooking area adjacent to the sala.

Lush vegetation surrounds the villa and there is a walled garden with waterfall and Koi Carp pond.

As you would expect, Baan Sarika offers outdoor space, so you can enjoy the most of your time in tropical paradise.

The accommodation is positioned around a central courtyard which contains a lotus pond and sala. All of the rooms are housed in several Thai style buildings around the courtyard.

The TV lounge area has a TV with surround sound and a DVD/CD player. It opens up onto a small terrace area adjacent to the pool area.

Bedroom One is spacious with spectacular views out onto Natien Beach from the first floor windows.

Bedroom One has a spacious dressing room adjacent to the bathroom.

Bedroom One has a bathrom with a jacuzzi bath and shower cubicle.

Bedroom Two is spacious and has a four poster bed.

1. Price fixed in UK£ Sterling.

2. Rates include airport transfers on arrival and departure.

3. Minimum stay of 3 nights generally and 14 nights during Peak season.

4. Arrival and check in time, 3.00pm; Departure and check-out time 10.30am. (Earlier/later check in/out times subject to availability).

5. Rates include 24 hour emergency service of Villa manageress.

6. Welcome pack.

7. Cleaning and fresh bed linen, pool and bathroom towels twice a week.

8. Maximum persons 10. Baby cots may also be available subject to availability and reservation on booking.

9. Special offers, late promotions and long term rents are at the discretion of the villa owner.
