Astasia Villa is a luxurious modern Thai Bali Style Villa, located a few metres from a quiet, white sandy beach in the unspoilt and beautiful south eastern corner of Koh Samui. It is set amongst coconut trees and stunning mature tropical gardens and has its own very private 9 metre by 4 metre crystal clear swimming pool. There are 3/4 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 adults and 3 children.

Astasia Villa is situated within Samui Beach Village a small prestigious development of elegant houses, fronting on to the beach and set a kilometre away from the main road. An excellent local Thai restaurant is within a short walk and will deliver meals if required. Dozens more restaurants are within a short drive and the bustling town of Lamai with all its shopping and nightlife is nearby.

  

No less than four entertainment areas surround the sparkling free flow pool (complete with Jacuzzi seat), all beautifully lit at night. Inside, the villa is really spacious with classic furniture and artwork from Chang Mai. All rooms are air conditioned, have ceiling fans, atmospheric lighting, and fast speed ADSL internet.

The lounge with its beautiful art work and furniture is equipped with Satellite TV, DVD with surround sound speaker system, and Hi Fi CD/Radio.

Fully equipped dining area with 8 seater Dining Table opening out onto outdoor dining area also seating 8.

Wide open areas to enjoy down- stairs, with stunning lighting, huge picture windows and solid teng wood flooring.

Fully equipped western style kitchen with breakfast bar complete with modern and stylish equipment and appliances.

The master bedroom leading onto a dressing room, and large en suite bathroom is really grand, beautifully furnished, has a king size 4 poster bed, and cosy seating area overlooking the wonderful balcony which in turn has views of the beach and the sea. 

Bedroom 2 is also on first floor, has a king size bed and attached to it is a small room with retractable bunk beds suitable for children, which in turn links to an en suite bathroom complete with bath and shower. Picture windows lead onto a balcony with views over the beach, sea and gardens.

Bedroom 3 is on the Ground floor in a separate small villa connected to the main building. The room is large with walk in dressing area and ensuite bathroom. A sunbathing terrace is accessed through patio window doors.

A Sala provides a shady cosy seating area and an outdoor bar. A fully equipped bathroom for outdoor use ads a touch of luxury.

The landing/stairs houses some lovely modern art and a feature picture window.

Natien beach is a quiet, white sandy bay adjacent to Samui Beach Village.
