Baan Chabaa is a 3 bedroomed, 2-storey luxury beach side villa that will comfortably sleep six adults. It is stunningly furnished and decorated to reflect Thai/Balinese architecture and offers a peaceful and luxurious setting for your tropical island holiday. Lush vegetation surrounds the villa and there are sea and beach views from the upstairs bedrooms and balconies.

It has its own private pool and the white sandy beach is just a few yards away. The villa is air conditioned throughout, with added ceiling fans and large sliding windows and doors to maximise light and fresh air. Baan Chabaa offers a hassle free and comfortable stay in indulgent surroundings.

Let the breeze wash over you from the balcony as you watch the tide roll out and unwind to the sound of the coconut palms gentle sway. Lush tropical vegetation encloses a variety of outdoor space, so that you can enjoy the most of your time in tropical paradise.

The TV lounge area has a TV with surround sound and a DVD/CD player with a library of recent films.  There is also a double sofa bed in this area.

Living space in Baan Chabaa is open plan, spacious, light-filled and comfortable.  This lounge area is adjacent to the indoor and outdoor dining areas.

The indoor dining area comfortably seats eight.  There are also ample adjacent seating areas to relax after your meal.

The fully fitted western style kitchen is complete with all modern equipment and appliances conducive to a stay in paradise.

The office area on the first floor.  It has a computer / writing desk and there is internet access via wireless connection.  There is an adjacent balcony with furniture and sea views where you can relax whilst you are browsing the internet.

The master bedroom 1 is on the first floor. It has a king size double bed, walk in dressing room with fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony with furniture. There is also seating area with coffee table and a computer / writing desk with a sea view.

Bedroom 2 is on the first floor. It has a king size double bed, walk in dressing room with fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony with furniture.

Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor. It has a queen size double bed, walk in dressing room with fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower room. There is also direct access to the sunbathing terrace and pool area.

1. Price fixed in UK£ Sterling.

2. Rates include airport transfers on arrival and departure.

3. Minimum stay of 3 nights generally and 14 nights during Peak season.

4. Arrival and check in time, 3.00pm; Departure and check-out time 10.30am. (Earlier/later check in/out times subject to availability).

5. Rates include 24 hour emergency service of Villa manageress.

6. Welcome pack.

7. Cleaning and fresh bed linen, pool and bathroom towels twice a week.

8. Maximum persons 6. Baby cots may also be available subject to availability and reservation on booking.

9. Special offers, late promotions and long term rents are at the discretion of the villa owner.
