Oasis Villa - Villa 3: is a spacious 4 bedroom, two-storey luxury villa that will sleep up to 8 adults plus 4 children. A Baby Cot is also available on request and subject to availability. The villa has a flush edged swimming pool with a pool bar and adjacent children's pool. Nahai Beach with its long stretches of white sand is just a few yards away. The villa has ceiling fans and is air conditioned throughout. It has free wifi.
Baan Buaa - Villa 9: is a spacious 3 bedroom, two-storey luxury villa that will comfortably sleep up to 8 adults. A Baby Cot is also available on request and subject to availability. There is a raised sala which is an ideal location for a private massage within the confines of your own private villa. It has its own private pool and the white sandy beach is just a few yards away. The villa generally has ceiling fans and is air conditioned throughout. It has free wifi and free satelite tv reception.
Astasia Villa - Villa 11: is a luxurious modern Thai Bali Style Villa, located a few metres from a quiet, white sandy beach in the unspoilt and beautiful south eastern corner of Koh Samui. It is set amongst coconut trees and stunning mature tropical gardens and has its own very private 9 x 4 metre crystal clear swimming pool. Please note that whilst the construction work on all of these fourteen privately owned villas has now been completed there is always the possibility that each villa owner may carry out maintenance or refurbishment works from time to time. We try to forewarn guests of known works where possible and at present there are the following known works: Baan Talay, Villa 1: This is a villa that is not available to rent through our website. The villa owner has recently notified us that the refurbishment works will be completed in April 2011.
