Samui Beach Villas - Villa Rentals: Our standard rental service includes airport transfers, a welcome pack, twice per week housekeeping and a security service. We also offer additional services that can be tailored to suit your needs.  For example you can arrange chef service, maid service, continental breakfasts, babysitting, laundry, tour bookings, taxi and car hire through our Villa manager.  For those who prefer more formal dining then guests at Samui Beach Villas can use the X2 Resorts (pronounced "cross to") Restaurant which is on the beach adjacent to the villas.  The restaurant and bar provides all day dining between 7.00am and 11.00pm.  International chefs offer a wide range of fusion European and Thai dishes.  Add to this our attentive manager service staff to answer your queries and you will feel at ease well before we hand over the keys.

Samui Beach Villas - Villa Sales: We also offer recently completed and fully furnished villas for sale on Samui Beach Village and are pleased to confirm that all new villa construction has now been completed.  All villa owners on Samui Beach Village have the opportunity to join the rental scheme run by Samui Beach Villas.
